Our Services

every event is different ..

.. so we charge for our services in a modular way. Just pay for what you need, and get exactly what you want!  You can scroll down a little to find our full service menu, but we’ve priced up a few “Packages” for quick reference if you’re comparing us with other providers. Prices are applicable for events within the Adelaide Metropolitan area and are inclusive of GST.

we always Include:

  • Phone and/or email consultation
  • Incorporation of any favourite songs
  • Exclusion of any anti-favourite songs!
  • Work with and around your event’s schedule in real time
  • Editing special songs for key moments such as first dance, entries, etc.

Here are our services broken down

We know this is a lot so if it’s easier please just email or call and tell us what you need. We’re here to help!

  • First 3 hours (or less) DJing   .. $550
  • Additional 1/2 hours DJing .. $66
  • MC your event .. $220 (if we’re DJing!) – includes the use of our wireless mics for speeches
  • Programmed coloured lights .. $165
  • Use our wireless mic/s for speeches and your own MC if we’re not MCing .. $55
  • Provide DJ’d music for your ceremony at a different site to your reception (eg. your ceremony is outside, your reception is inside) .. $110 surcharge
  • Travel surcharge for Barossa or Fleurieu .. $55
  • Surcharges for further travel .. On application

If you’re also booking one of our three musical products, Adelaide String Duo, The Cello Guys or Two Hearts Duo:

  • First hour live music .. $550
  • Additional 1/2 hour live music $110

If we are providing live music for you and then DJing, jump straight to the half-hourly rate ($66) for DJing without paying the minimum call-out fee again.

For functions where there is a gap between two facets of the same event – most typically between a wedding ceremony and reception – we charge $33 per half-hour downtime or the minimum call-out fee again – whichever is cheaper.
